Internut Education (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Calvin Chess Trainer mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We take children’s privacy seriously. Our App is designed for kids, and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

We do not collect personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. We do not ask for names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.

The App stores progress data (such as scores, streaks, and settings) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

The App may use basic, anonymous analytics (such as Firebase Analytics) to help us understand general usage patterns — for example, which features are most popular. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. No personal information is collected through analytics.

The App does not include advertising, in-app purchases, or third-party tracking. Audio feedback in the App uses pre-recorded clips and does not involve any real-time data transmission.

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
